About The Show
Timeless Stories is a fully devised theatrical experience merging the worlds of physical theatre and musical storytelling. Developed over an intensive workshop, the piece draws inspiration from the renowned physical theatre company Frantic Assembly, embracing movement, emotion, and ensemble-driven creation.
Crafted and performed by a group of young artists, the show unfolds through a nonlinear narrative, inviting audiences into a series of interconnected stories. As each performer reflects on moments of joy, pain, loss, and longing, they reveal their search for clarity in a world clouded with noise and expectation. What emerges is a tapestry of voices—honest, spontaneous, and deeply human.
No two performances are the same; each show is a unique reflection of the artists' present truths, lived and shared in the moment.
Director's Note
With Timeless Stories, we aimed to merge two rarely combined forms: physical theatre and musical theatre. What began as a vision became a living, breathing piece developed over a 10-day workshop, led by a brave and wildly creative ensemble. This process was deeply influenced by our training with Frantic Assembly, where we learned to prioritize rawness, vulnerability, and authentic storytelling.
This show isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. Each scene is shaped by the artists’ lived experiences and the emotions they carry into the space. It’s a reminder that theatre can be fluid, honest, and profoundly human.We’re so proud of this ensemble—for their courage, creativity, and truth. Thank you for sharing this moment with us.
